The workshop, titled ‘Weapons System Supply Chain Resiliency’, brought together leading experts in commercial and defense supply chain management, including representatives from the DoD and top aerospace and defense manufacturing firms.
This new workshop format is part of SIE's innovative approach to address supply chain readiness challenges. The workshop provided decision-makers with valuable strategies and tactics for proactively mitigating supply chain disruption risks, while also ensuring that critical timelines and budgets are maintained.
With a focus on promoting collaboration between government and industry, the event highlighted the importance of developing resilient and adaptable supply chains to address the ever-changing threat landscape. Key topics included:
