Dan Hennaman
As SIE’s Chief of Staff, Daniel executes many of the company’s operational functions leveraging over 25 years of Department of Navy and Enterprise Resource Planning experience. Daniel plays an important role in evolving streamlined business process in the areas of human resources, human capital, performance management, and facilities security functions.
Prior to SIE, Daniel was the Supervisory Administrative Officer for the Naval Sea Systems Command Contracts Directorate where he was responsible for full service corporate operations including cradle to grave human resources management, performance management, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) and award programs. He also served as an Administrative Officer for Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants, Navy International Programs Office, and the Office of Naval Research. As a managing package solution consultant at the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Program Office and Business Systems Office at the Office of Naval Research, he was instrumental in several implementations and a champion of knowledge management, user and workforce management, and ready relevant learning.
While on active duty in the U.S. Navy he served and deployed aboard the U.S.S. Normandy (CG-60) and was stationed at the United States Naval Academy Engineering and Weapons Department.
