Tom Murphy
As Chief Operating Officer at SIE, Tom is responsible for the execution and
growth of the company’s services and products.
Prior to joining SIE, Tom served in various civilian leadership positions within
the Department of Navy’s acquisition and sustainment communities. During his
civilian tenure with the Navy, Tom was responsible for the creation and execution
of numerous weapon system and Information Technology (IT) programs of record. His
civilian leadership experience spans Radar, Combat Systems, Directed Energy, and
Information Technology (IT).
Mr. Murphy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from
Virginia Tech and a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Naval
Post Graduate School.
